Yes, we think so. But don’t take our word for it. The industry, milk experts, the press and the media all agree that Camel Milk is a true superfood, worthy of its title. It is low in fat,and has more calcium than cow’s milk, is regarded as an all-in-one total food supplement and has been used as such by Bedouins for centuries. It even has amazing anti-viral, disease fighting properties. Visit our Top Ten Health Benefits page and see yourself – you’ll be amazed by this true ‘superfood’.

Well, we at camelsmilk.uk.com happen to think it tastes great, but I guess we might be a little biased!

There is no doubt it tastes different to Cow’s Milk, because of its slightly salty, stronger taste. However, it’s tasty and we’re convinced once you get used to it, you won’t go back!

There are two main differences. Firstly, the price of the frozen Camel Milk is lower than the price of the fresh Camel Milk, and secondly the expiry date of frozen Camel Milk is extended for another ten months from the day it is frozen.

There is absolutely no difference in taste whatsoever between our powder Camel Milk and the fresh or frozen Camel Milk. Not only are they identical in taste, they also have the same shelf life once they are re-constituted. In nutritional terms, there is no difference at all between fresh Camel Milk and frozen Camel Milk. The frozen Camel Milk we sell at camelsmilk.uk.com is our fresh Camel Milk which is frozen approximately two days before the expiry date.

As long as the milk is frozen before the expiry date it will remain fresh and retain all of its vital nutrients. The principle is much the same as freezing fresh meat or any other fresh produce that you might normally buy from the shops or supermarkets.

Camel milk is very versatile and can be used in a number of different ways. You can add it to your tea or coffee. In fact, there are many coffee shops in the UAE serving Camel Milk coffees, Camelcinos and all other sorts of weird and wonderful drinks! Some of our customers like to use it for baking as well. As it is quite close in its nutritional value and content to human milk, this makes it an ideal drink for small infants and children. People also like to use it in hot chocolate, milkshakes and smoothies. You’re only limited by your imagination.

For those of you who like a bit of variety, we have a range of flavoured milks. Why not visit our Camel Milk Range page where you can choose and buy from our fantastic, tasty range of flavoured Camel Milk.

Yes, the milk is gently pasteurised at a low temperature for approximately 15 seconds and is then cooled down rapidly. This particular method of pasteurisation ensures that all the vital nutrients of the milk remain, whilst any bad or potentially harmful bacteria are removed. This is one of the most effective and reliable methods of pasteurisation. It has been approved by the Dubai Municipality and also follows strict EU regulations.

It’s really simple. You visit our Camel Milk Range page, choose your milk and then place your order. Once you’ve registered with us (it’s free) and completed your order, your milk will be delivered to your doorstep by our team of couriers. It only takes a few clicks, it’s really that simple. If you don’t understand things and need our help, don’t worry. Simply call us on 0161 226 2777 and our administration team will be happy to guide you through the process.

Yes, you can. We are a Manchester based company and are currently supplying selected stores around the North West, London and the Midlands. You can buy our fresh Camel Milk from the following retail outlets

We are working very hard at the moment to get our Camel Milk onto the shelves at bigger stores and supermarkets. We’re confident this will happen in the future as Camel Milk gains popularity and increases its profile. If you think you could help us to achieve this objective at camelsmilk.uk.com, we’d love to hear from you.

No, it isn’t. However, our Camel Milk which is supplied to us has EU Commission Approval which it gained nearly 10 years ago (it was one of the first companies to do so in the Middle East). It must also receive a health certificate from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) before it can be exported. Our milk also meets tough ISO and HACCP standards. So you can see our Camel Milk is made to very safe and stringent standards, which means you can be assured of its high quality and great taste.

At the moment, we have a flat delivery charge of £9.99 in the UK. We are looking to bring this price down in the future to make our Camel Milk even cheaper. If you live outside the UK, you need to place an order via email info@camelsmilk.uk.com as the website does not currently allow customers to pick specific countries. We are looking to change this in the very near future as we do have customers in Europe and so will try to update our website.

The milk comes in plastic bottles which ensures that it is lightweight, easy to transport and recyclable. The bottles have a sleek, ergonomic design which means they are quite easy to hold and pour.

Our milk is transported in refrigerated containers from the UAE by air, and then immediately stored in refrigerators at our premises once we receive it. When we receive a customer order we pack the milk into special polystyrene boxes containing ice packs to ensure that temperatures are kept as low as possible during transit. The milk can survive in this condition for 24 to 48 hours, without spoiling.

Yes, you can. You just pop it into your freezer on the day you receive your delivery, and then you can simply defrost it when you need it. This does not affect the taste at all.

The fresh milk has a shelf life of 15 days, the frozen milk has an expiry date of ten months from the day it is frozen and the camel milk powder has a shelf life of one year.

Yes, of course you can. Each customer normally receives an email from us with a consignment number issued by our couriers, which allows you to keep a track of your delivery. Please note that if you have any special delivery requirements like time or location, for example, it’s important that you specify this on our website when you place your order. Customers can keep a track of their delivery with our couriers. Please note whilst we don’t accept liability for missed deliveries, we will do our very best to ensure you get your milk delivered to you at the right time and right place.

First of all, this rarely happens as we have many happy customers who can testify to that. If it does, please call our team on 0161 226 2777 or email us at info@camelsmilk.uk.com and we’ll investigate things for you on your behalf. We’ll let you know what happened, and then happily replace your order, where necessary.

Whilst we take the utmost care in packaging the milk, boxes can on occasion get damaged during transit. We therefore encourage all of our customers to check their packages for any signs of damage before they sign for them from our couriers. In the unfortunate event of your box being damaged during transit, it is important that you don’t accept or sign for the delivery and you must ensure you return it to the driver as damaged goods. Once you have done this, please let us know by simply dropping us an email at info@camelsmilk.uk.com or you can call us on 0161 226 2777 (+44 161 226 2777 if you live outside the UK). Once we receive confirmation, Camelsmilk.uk.com will be happy to replace your order at no extra cost to you.

In the unlikely event of this occurring, we will happily replace your order, at no extra cost to you. We value our customers and will do whatever we can to ensure that you are not only happy with our Camel Milk, but also happy with us at camelsmilk.uk.com.

Yes, you can but please call us before doing so as delivery rates differ for customers residing outside the UK. Please note delivery outside the UK includes Ireland.
